Bob The Tongue

Not On Your Life, It Ain't All Right!

By Dylan Zimmerman

To the tune of Don't Think Twice, It's Alright
1.

Well, it ain't no use to sit and wonder why, Bob
you won't get it anyway

You used to think that you were pretty sly, Bob
You got to find a brand new way to get a lay

When the gavel falls and a new Congress begins
you say you think you should not have to pay for your sins
And all those women you groped should not kick you in the shins

Not on your life, it ain't all right!

2.
Well, we noticed you've been staying out of state, Bob
with your old boys in D.C.

That's 'cause back here at home, you do not rate, Bob
with these good women or with me

You used position and power just to get your way
that spells predation and that's all I can say
But, shouldn't we forgive you and start a brand new day?

Not on your life, it ain't all right!

3.
And, don't be smearing the witnesses names, Bob
that ain't really very cool

In fact, you could say it's pretty lame, Bob
good God, you are a fool

Well, you're a U.S. Senator a gen-u-wine big wheel
and every vote's a measure of your sex appeal
You think these women are just praying for you to cop a feel

Not on your life, it ain't all right!

4.
And, I hope you lose your retirement, Bob
and you can't squelch the evidence

And "adios" sounds better than "get bent," Bob
I like the sound of "good riddance"

So, stay back there with the only friend you can find
seems you and Clarence Thomas are just two of a kind
And you want to find yourself some kind of way out of this bind

Not on your life, it ain't all right!

You blew it this time!

Not on your life, it ain't all right!
